Arbiter Cosplay from World of Warcraft

In *World of Warcraft: Shadowlands*, the Arbiter is the eternal judge of souls in the Crucible within Oribos. The Arbiter determines where each soul goes after death — whether to Bastion, Revendreth, Ardenweald, Maldraxxus, or the Maw — based on its deeds and character. Originally a construct designed to be impartial, the Arbiter’s purpose was to maintain perfect judgment over the flow of souls entering the afterlife.

  • White Dress- White fabric, zipper, snaps, black leather, veg tan leather (airbrush painted gold), plexiglass
