Lilith Cosplay from Diablo IV

Lilith is a central figure in Diablo IV, a dark fantasy action RPG developed by Blizzard Entertainment. Known as the Mother of Sanctuary, Lilith is the daughter of Mephisto and a powerful demon whose complex motivations drive much of the game’s story. Her striking visual design — including horned silhouette, flowing garments, and demonic elegance — has made her one of the most memorable and visually compelling characters in the franchise.
