Wicked Lady Cosplay from Sailor Moon

Wicked Lady, also known as Black Lady, is the evil, adult version of Chibiusa Tsukino, created when she is manipulated by the villain Wiseman.

This transformation occurs during the Black Moon arc, where her feelings of loneliness and insecurity are exploited, turning her into a powerful antagonist aligned with the Black Moon Clan.

Her design is one of the most memorable in Sailor Moon, featuring a dark, elegant dress and exaggerated mature features that contrast sharply with her usual childlike form.

Because of this, Wicked Lady is a popular choice for cosplay—especially for those interested in anime villain designs and dramatic character transformations.

  • Dress- Red/brown fabric, blue & pink fabric, zipper, hook & eye

  • Shawl- Pink tulle

  • Shirt- Pink & black shier fabric, plastic gems, snaps

  • Wig- base wig & two pony tails bought from Epic Cosplay Wigs, cut & styled, styrofoam eggs

  • Moon- 3d printed (ABS material), black airbrush paint

  • Earrings- plastic black gem, 3d printed (ABS material) airbrush painted (black & silver), silver wire, nut & stud bought from JoAnn’s Fabric
