This is specifically the Xeno’jiiva Beta Armor set with Fire & Ice Dual Blades.

The Xeno’jiiva armor set is crafted from materials obtained from the Elder Dragon Xeno’jiiva in Monster Hunter: World. It is a high-rank armor set (Rarity 8) known for its glowing aesthetic and unique skill bonuses.

The Beta version of the armor provides flexible decoration slots and emphasizes customization, making it popular among players and cosplayers alike.
